General Questions
We often try to create a fixed price solution for anyone that prefers that. For those that prefer to pay hourly, we bill in 10 minute incriments at a base rate of $65.00 an hour.
Napkin Designs are our way of saying, you can design a new idea on the back of a napkin and send us a photo of it, and we make designing just that easy.
Never! You can cancel anytime for any reason, if you aren't completely satisfied with Schmoozzer for any reason, you can cancel anytime.
Sure ! Many of our Design & Build and Troubleshooting projects are Fixed Price. We understand the importance of having a fixed cost, just talk to our sales department and let them know your preference.
Often when designing we recommend platforms to use in combination with each other. Based on our own experiences and how well certain platforms communicated with each other as well as Value for price.
We can. If you already have a team, we usually just focus on finding and studying friction points and use your teams content for the tests. If you wish us to use our design team, we will include that in your plan.
Marketing Automations
Automations can be really short sequences of specific actions or they can be really long. Actions on the other hand are always a single act, like go to another automation or an If/Else statement. We count Actions, not automaitons to ensure you aren't over or under charged based on your automation design decisions.
We hope you do! We count actions and unlike other platforms, we don't charge different rates for Marketing and Sales, our fees are simply calculated by how many actions your complete stack has. As those are the points we learn, build, troubleshoot and maintain.
You do! All our work is created under a Work for Hire agreement where 100% of all content or business processes we build on your behalf are entirely yours.
In most instances we can just bill you in ten minute incriments and solve the issue that way. If it's a large build, we are happy to propose a contract specific to that build and appreciate you considering us.
We are happy to manage up to 3 brands in a single plan, based on their total actions. For AB testing, we divide the total friction points by the number of brands.

Sales Automations
LOL.. We get this alot. We guarantee that your automations are going to become a no brainer. We rarely act as the content creator, we focus on making sure you have great automations and knowing where in your funnels there is friction.
Yes! Schmoozzer's team can build you the dashboard of your dreams, using custom calls, hooks and platforms to bring all your data into one coherent place.
We often build alerts into our automations and create custom dashboards that give you an awareness per team member as to their response times, individual funnel data and so much more!
Admin Automations
We consider anything that helps you understand or connect aspects of your business together to be part of Admin, so if you are connecting TypeForm with some custom actions with Active Campaign thru Zapier, we generally refer to that as admin, however the phrasing makes so difference to pricing, which is determined only on the total actions.
YES!! One of our favorite projects is to empower a team with data how they need it, when they need it. From tracking sales people to the success of marketing efforts, even into time clocks and productivity monitors, if you can imagine it, we will build it.
If you aren't currently performing AB testing on a weekly basis then we are going to be worth it! If you have been delaying getting your automations live or don't have the time to Untangle the mess that was left, we are going to be worth it!
