Schmoozzer works as a plugin for ActiveCampaign and other marketing platforms. When you connect those services, their terms apply too.

Your Account
You're responsible for your account. Keep your password safe, don't share access, and let us know immediately if something looks off.
Pro tip: Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available.
Play Nice
We built Schmoozzer to help you grow your business, not to enable bad behavior. Don't use it to:
- Break laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass or harm others
- Infringe on intellectual property
- Hack or gain unauthorized access
- Violate LinkedIn, Instagram, or other platform rules
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance—monthly or annually, your choice. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
Not happy? Request a refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Changes to the Service
We're always improving Schmoozzer. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give you notice for major changes, but can't always guarantee it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Schmoozzer isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
